The new studio will be located at 8800 Bronx Avenue in Skokie, IL in the historic Bronx Building. The building was constructed in 1927 for $170,000 just before the Depression to encourage movement to Niles Center (now Skokie), but the building remained vacant during and after the Depression.

The Bronx Building is located across the street from the Skokie Swift Yellow Line station, down the road from I-94, 2 miles from Northwestern University, and only 10 miles from downtown Chicago.
